2008-08-12 AEI - Melisa - Called from Ripon - She was enroute.
Photo #1 - Melissa and Scott Arrived.
Photo #4 - Scott installs the dish - at the proper height.
Photo #7 - Note: Scott has grounded the installation - Tim #2114 did NOT ground his install !!!
. Scott patched all of the damage done by the original install.
Photo #9 - Melissa used fasteners to string the cable along the base of the trailer.
. At the pump house, she drilled a hole, inserted the cable under the trailer.

. As Melisa fed the cable, I strung it to the end of the trailer.

. Inside, Melisa drilled a hole and I fed the cable up to her.
Photo #10 and #11 - Melisa patched the damage to the trailer.

Once Installed, we gathered around the set.
We tried repeatedly to get the refubished unit to connect to the phone line.
This involved trading out the phone cord, and connecting it to different phone outlets.
Nothing worked.

Even though I had informed DishNetWork and AEI that the modem appeared damaged,
They did not inform Melissa to bring a replacement modem !!!!!!!!
In order to get another modem, I had to call Dishnetwork.
I called DishNetWork: 800-333-3474
Now it got wild.
Melissa took over - it got too complicated for me to keep up with all of thenumbers.
DishNetWork would ship, via UPS, by the 14th - a new modem.
I have 14 days to return the old one.

2008-08-12 16:30 AEI - Angelia - Supervisor - called for follow up.
I informed her of what had transpired. She said she would call Melissa for details.

2008-08-12 17:00 DishNetWork - GJ - knocked at door (From Oshkosh - GotSpTk).
He was in a DishNetWork van.
DishNetWork did not inform him the AEI had been here - he didn't have another modem.

(6) Completed : Out of the Way !

(7) Note: Installation is now grounded!

(9) Melissa Tacked cable along base line.
This is where it went under the trailer.
I strung it to the bedroom.
Melissa Pulled it up through the Floor.

(10) Melissa Repaired the exterior.

(11) Melissa repaired the interior wall.
It will dry. Thank you !!!!
